Discover HU, a natural way to connect with Spirit

HU is an active meditation mantra that can help quiet the mind, open the heart, and awaken a deeper sense of love, wisdom, and inner awareness.

HU (pronounced like hue) is known as the sound behind all sounds—a carrier of divine love between the Creator and you. It’s not limited to any religion or belief system and can enhance any path you’re already on.

You are welcome to join us to sing HU and discover what this sacred sound may awaken within you.

What to expect:

• We will begin with a short inspirational reading

• then sing HU for 15-20 minutes

• followed by a few minutes of quiet contemplative time

• you are welcome to stay for relaxed spiritual conversation and refreshments afterwards.

✨ This is a free event. No previous experience is needed. Everyone is welcome to join, listen, and take part in whatever way feels comfortable.
