HU is a sacred sound and ancient mantra. It is a love song to God that can uplift people of any religion, culture, or walk of life. When sung or chanted with an open heart, it opens the lines of communication to the most sacred part of yourself.

Singing HU acts as a tuning fork, aligning Soul to higher states of love, creativity, healing, and awareness.

At a Sound of Soul event, you are welcome to join others in chanting this ancient mantra for fifteen to twenty minutes, followed by a short time for contemplation. Afterwards, enjoy spiritual conversation with others of like heart.
